• Knowledge of all Bakery operations and procedures

• Good English both spoken and written

• Good in food cost and stock control

• Able to work flexible hours

• Readiness and ability to initiate action

• Organize and ensure kitchen operational activities run according to SOP
• Create inventory plans, control stock of materials and waste
• Responsible for handling problems in the kitchen
