Bar Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

  • Train, lead, and manage bar staff to maintain high service standards

  • Maintain inventory levels and manage supplier relationships

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues

  • Monitor sales performance and optimize bar profitability

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role

  • Strong knowledge of mixology and bar trends

  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in English

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends
