Bar Team Leader

• Support compliance with all local liquor laws and internal bar policies.

• Ensure sanitation, hygiene, and beverage handling meet required standards.

• Train bar staff on drink preparation, safety, and service procedures.

• Communicate key event information and service expectations to the team.

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally.

• Supervise daily bar operations and support service staff as needed.

• Verify legal drinking age and manage responsible alcohol service.

• Take and accurately record drink orders using POS systems.

• Prepare, mix, garnish, and serve beverages per standard recipes.

• Maintain clean, organized bar stations and attractive displays.

• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders when needed.

• Upsell drinks and snacks, and respond promptly to guest requests.

• Process payments and prepare bills as required.

• Foster a positive team environment and support departmental changes.

• Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
