BIM Engineer

Key responsibilities include:

• BIM Modeling and Coordination - the integration of models from different disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP etc) to identify and resolve conflicts.
• BIM Execution Planning - develop and implement the BIM processes, workflows, and deliverables for a project
• BIM Data Management - maintain and provide support to the project team members on data management
• BIM Collaboration and Coordination - facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, clients, third party contractor etc.
• BIM-based Analysis and Simulation - generate reports, visualization, other project deliverables and communicate to the project stakeholders.
• BIM Implementation and training - provide training, support to the team, and stay up to date on the latest BIM trends.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in any engineering, construction management or related fields
• At least 3 years experience working in construction projects and BIM modeling design.
• Well verse with BIM software and tools, such as Autodesk Revit, Bentley System etc
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders.
• Have BIM certificate
