Job Description:
Monitoring and analyzing SeaBanks Branch business development & sales performance
Monitoring sales quality assurance, business standards & support
Checking the accuracy and ensuring internal & external reports related to branch business with other relevant team
Implementing, evaluate and monitor quality assessment plan of marketing processes of branch KPIs, business strategy, sales and performances
Perform documentation and administration related to all procedures and provisions at the branch office
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in any major
At least 4 (four) years experience in branch quality assurance/branch support/sales marketing or relevant position
Experience in managing small team would be a plus
Familiar with business processes in the banking industry
Familiar to analyze financial reports & able to communicate in English written and verbal
