BRAND ASSOCIATE

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at PT Hisamitsu Pharma Indonesia as a Brand Associate. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in shaping the brand strategy and driving the success of our products.

What youll be doing

• Assisting Product Manager to understand the A to Z of marketing activation its goals

• Develop and implement effective brand marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all customer touchpoints

• Provide support for events, promotions, and other brand-related activities

• Contribute to the overall growth and development of the brand portfolio

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in any mayor (Fresh graduates are welcome)

• Have interest to learn about Marketing, having a years experience working in marketing is plus point

• Be able to use all Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc) and understand the use of pivot

• Have a good willingness to work hard and wiling to expand he/her self

• Have a good logic and analytic while working

• Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing, and digital channels

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
