Brand Manager

Responsibilities : 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the companys vision and market goals.
  • Define brand positioning, values, and messaging to differentiate the brand in the marketplace.
  • Create and manage the brands strategic plan, including short-term and long-term goals.
  • Understanding financial implications and maximizing revenue.
  • Customer-Driven: Knowing target markets and creating brand initiatives that resonate to target market
  • Developing short, medium long-term plans and making informed decisions.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Work closely with sales, R&D, Factory and other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and support organizational objectives.

Qualifications : 

  • Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Preferably in multi-national company FMCG 
  • Have Min 4 Years Experience in Brand management or marketing role I Junior - Manager Level as Brand Management or related role
