Brand Manager (Kosmetik)
To increase the companys popularity and influence, you will plan the brand strategy, style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, innovative and implementable growth plans, and value proposition for the short and long term.
Create and manage promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding, as well as aid with product development, pricing, and new product launches/business development.
Analyze competitors, customer insights, advertising and promotional budgets, budget effectiveness, sales forecasts, and relevant financial and reporting on product sales
Develop and implement new and effective marketing strategies for brand awareness campaigns and brand-building initiatives while monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets, and competitors activities to identify opportunities and possible issues
Lead the team in developing and implementing the companys yearly brand events, as well as planning and executing the companys annual large-scale brand events.
Organize internal and external resources, summarize, enhance, and innovate brand marketing models, and continually improve the outcome
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any major
At least three (3) years of proven experience in brand management preferably cosmetic products.
Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal, leadership, and independence, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment
Have a track record of designing effective brand events
