Brand Manager
Manage daily operations of the branch, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.
Monitor financial performance, including food cost, labor cost, and waste control.
Supervise staff to ensure high performance and service standards.
Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare and submit operational reports to upper management as required.
Minimum education: Bachelors degree in any major
Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B industry (experience in a Chinese restaurant is preferred)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; able to analyze market trends, understand customer needs, and develop revenue growth strategies
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Proficient in English (Mandarin language skills are a plus)
Knowledgeable in kitchen SOPs, hygiene, and food safety
Has experience managing multiple outlets (multi-branch experience)
