BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST (HYBRID)

Job Description:

• Conduct ground research on the market and shipping industry.
• Building and maintaining relationships and engaging with prospective clients and stakeholders.
• Promote the companys products/services.
• Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
• Creating and presenting performance reports.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field from a reputable local university.
• Fresh graduate with a first-class degree or 2 years experience in the logistics industry.
• Has own transportation which requires frequent traveling.
• Self-motivated and highly independent.
• High-level communication and networking skills, with a strong enthusiasm for engaging and connecting with people.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication in both English and Indonesian, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good project management skills.
• Good understanding of market research techniques with a passion for understanding and solving problems.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
• Comfortable in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.

Salary:

• 6.5 million per month

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday (9 a.m. until 6 p.m.); Flexible if project required
