Job Description
Building Acquisition & Achieve Building Target
Lead the end-to-end acquisition process: from prospecting, approaching, and negotiating with building decision-makers to deal closing.
Continuously develop and execute creative acquisition strategies to secure new locations.
Client Relationship
Help to reach key decision makers of buildings to get permission to install the Companys LED media assets.
Maintaining a good relationship with building management (such as visiting and checking screen quality) to provide the best client service
Administration & Data Center
Prepare supporting documents such as the deal form to get approval from management about the price, screen, and contract with the building.
Prepare LOI (Letter of Intent) to Building Management as approval from Building Management and as basic information in creating an agreement.
Review the proposal and give suggestions to get the best rent offer.
Coordinate with the Legal related to the Cooperation Agreement.
Assist the Resource Management Team in building a relationship with Building Management to keep a long-term collaboration.
Maintain a relationship with the PIC of Building Management to keep information updated periodically.
Manage the renewal process such as service evaluation and negotiation for the next contract.
Qualification
Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields.
1-3+ years of experience in building acquisition, property negotiation, real estate sales, or business development in the commercial property sector.
Strongnetwork within office towers, apartment buildings, or commercial property management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills with building owners or management.
Proactive and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
