Business Development Lead
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Development Lead to join our dynamic team. This role will be critical in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that contribute directly to our growth and impact. The ideal candidate is self-initiated, has strong communication and relationship-building skills, and comes with a solid background in FinTech, E-commerce, or technology companies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Funding Partnerships: Identify, develop, and manage funding partnerships with banks and financial institutions for loan channeling initiatives.
• Strategic B2B Alliances: Lead B2B partnership efforts aimed at user acquisition and marketing collaborations.
• Vendor Management: Handle key vendor relationships including onboarding, price negotiations, and contract management.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture long-term business relationships with key stakeholders across Indonesia.
• Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute strategic partnership plans aligned with Adapundis business objectives.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, preferably within the FinTech, E-commerce, or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to develop and close strategic partnerships and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• High level of self-motivation, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian financial ecosystem is a plus.
