Business Development Manager

About the role

As Business Development Manager at PT Samindo Resources Tbk, you will play a pivotal role in driving the companys growth and expansion. This full-time position is located in South Jakarta, Jakarta. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities that align with the companys strategic objectives.

What youll be doing

• Proactively research and identify potential new markets, products and services that can drive business growth

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the companys market share and revenue

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners

• Prepare comprehensive business proposals and presentations to secure new business

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of new projects and initiatives

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and mitigate risks

• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development activities and performance

• Another tasks assigned by Superior.

What were looking for

• Proficiency in English (oral & written) is a must. Please do not apply if youre not fluent in English

• Have minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Development Manager role

• Bachelors Degree in related field

• Proven track record of success in business development, corporate planning or related field

• Proficiency in conducting feasibility studies, including data analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment

• Strong ability to identify and capture new business opportunities

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Proficient in market research, financial analysis and strategic planning

• Willing to travel domestic or international.
