VN13674Business Development ManagerID-Jakarta As a Business Development Manager in the networking team, you are responsible for driving Cisco Networking bookings, through prospecting, finding opportunities, and collaborating with channel teams and partners. You will drive deals to closure, deliver and exceed on your quarterly quota. This high-energy position requires an individual to be deeply motivated and results-oriented with a hunter mentality.
- Develop Networking plans and strategies in line with principal priority.
- Drive business growth through identifying new projects, creating opportunities, and securing business attachments.
- Develop a predictable pipeline of short, mid, and long-term opportunities to support the business.
- Practice consultative selling by building solutions to solve customer business problems.
- Deep understanding of competitive landscape, strategies and tactics of the competitors.
- Close deals and consistently remain highly competitive in the market space.
- Maintain and lead detailed and accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with Channel Team and partners on new and existing sales opportunities, leveraging their capabilities when appropriate.
- Skilled in direct touch sales with experience working in a matrixed organization and partnering with others to enhance results.
- Experienced in selling Networking solutions (e.g., Wireless, Routing, Switching) with demonstrated success in a field sales capacity.
- Possess a minimum of 5+ years of overall sales experience, with at least 3+ years dedicated to selling Networking solutions.
- Experienced in managing large deals and executing account and partner plans across geographic territories.
- Capable of building and implementing an account plan.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proactive and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Minimum bachelors degree.
- Good to have: Certification in Cisco Networking Products.
