Business Development Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and establish cooperative relationships with major Indonesian industrial and commercial real estate developers.

• Prepare and sign Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) with real estate developers and potential partners.

• Conduct information analysis and gather national policies related to various industries.

• Perform simple feasibility studies for potential real estate projects.

• Create project profile presentations and present the value of potential projects to management.

• Manage business inspection tours and direct interactions with overseas clients and commercial/industrial real estate developers, ensuring high-quality reception and presentation.

• Assist overseas clients in asset acquisition negotiations and transactions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a business development professional in major Indonesian real estate developers or as a property consultant in a top 5 property consultancy (JLL, Leads, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield )

• Extensive network in real estate business and government sectors is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with real estate financial modeling and feasibility studies.

• Knowledge of real estate transactions, development, and procedural flows.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to find solutions and communicate them clearly.

• Strong networking and great leadership

• Must be proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
