Elabram Systems is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Officer to be part of our Surabaya team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. This position will handle our services and software-based products.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales target
- Offer SaaS & Services products to B2B clients (corporate, startup, etc.)
- Develop and maintain direct relationships with potential clients to generate revenue
- Prepare customized sales presentation(s) for potential clients
- Along with the pre-sales team, creating pitch-winning presentations to get new clients
Required Skill
- 1-2 years of experience in sales/business development fields in B2B business
- Proven track record in achieving and even exceeding sales targets
- Having experience in SaaS products is a must
- Experience selling to HR Manager, CEO, IT Manager
- Good communication & and negotiation skills, excellent in English and Indonesian, both oral and writing
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Domicile in around Surabaya
