Responsibilities :
- Create an annual corporate project planning and present it to the BOD
- Involve in compiling bid tenders
- Make a routine corporate business performance evaluations every quarter and present it to the BOD
- Prepare monthly commissioner and BOD meeting materials
- Prepare a corporate strategic plan for the next 5 years
- Master and control positive corporate operational cash flow targets
- Be aware of corporate growth targets
- Manage capable, high productivity & the integrity of human capital
- Prepare corporate culture & socialize with staff
- Prepare a corporate management system that adopts digitalization
- Must understand global business
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineer or other Engineering, Masters degree preferred
- 10 - 15 years of working experience in Contractor Business, preferred in EPC Project
- Ability to handle forecast corporation for growth, revenue, and contract turnover
- Have experience in project construction
- Have experience in handling financial report
- Strong knowledge of management system
- Ability to lead a team
