🧨 Your Impact:

As Business Unit Head - Indies, youll elevate our brand while optimizing operations to help more students achieve their international education dreams. Youll shape how Indonesian families perceive and experience our unique approach to study abroad consulting.

• Responsible for managing the team to achieve targets, overseeing the entire process from generating high-quality leads through online and offline channels, to student enrollment and departure, all while ensuring the highest level of service.

• Project Management: You can lead the team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, run projects efficiently, and keep everyone aligned and on track.  

• Sales-driven Focus: Youre driven by results—able to balance quality with profitability, identify growth opportunities, and drive student enrollments.  

• People Leader: You develop talent through coaching and clear communication, helping your team perform at their best.  

• Strong Brand & Market Understanding: You know how to position a brand, understand student needs, track education trends, and respond to competitor activity.
