Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team. As a CDP, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high food quality and maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in your area.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen (pantry, grill, pastry, etc.).

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipe standards and presentation guidelines.

• Train and guide junior cooks and commis chefs.

• Ensure all food is prepared to high quality and hygiene standards.

• Control stock usage and maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu planning and ingredient rotation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CDP or similar role.

• Minimum education: High school or vocational diploma in Culinary Arts (preferred).

• Proficient in both traditional and modern cooking techniques.

• Able to work under pressure and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards (HACCP is a plus).

• Responsible, disciplined, and passionate about the culinary field.
