Channel Development Asst. Manager

Responsibilites:

  1. Developing and implementing channel partner strategies to meet sales targets and revenue goals.

  2. Identifying and recruiting new channel partners to expand market reach, especially mall and shopping center

  3. Managing and nurturing existing channel partner relationships to drive business growth.

  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute channel marketing programs and initiatives.

  5. Monitoring and analyzing channel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

  6. Keeping abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform channel development strategies.

  7. Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential channel partners to ensure future growth and expansion.

  8. Reporting on key performance indicators and presenting insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree of any major

  2. Experienced as a channel development or site acquisition at least for 5 years, especially in retail area

  3. Good communication and english skill

  4. Good team player

  5. Willing to do business travel

  6. Willing to be placed in Surabaya
