1. Leading and motivating the receptionist team to ensure the efficient operation of the front desk. 2. Prepare working shifts for receptionists 7. Management duty of receptionist and interpreter staff 1. Have minimum S1 of Hospitality Major or D3 of Medical Record 2. Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as Receptionist or Front liner, Customer Relation, Check in Staff in airport, receptionist in clinic or hospital 3. Attention to detail, and have a good communication skill 4. Fluent in English (verbal and written) 5. Proficient working using computer, especially Ms. Office (excel, word etc) 6. Have experience in leading, motivate teams, and implementing change initiatives within an organisation 7. Having a proportional body 8.
