  1. Assist in various civil construction tasks such as excavation, formwork, concreting, masonry, and finishing work
  2. Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision
  3. Follow construction plans, safety procedures, and instructions from supervisors
  4. Support daily site preparation and housekeeping
  5. Load and unload materials as needed
Persyaratan Khusus
  • Minimum high school graduate or equivalent
  • Proven experience in civil construction projects is preferred
  • Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/site environments
  • Familiarity with construction tools and site safety practices
  • Willing to work in shifts or extended hours when required
  • Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
  • Honest, disciplined, and safety-conscious
