CKD Operation Senior Specialist

Responsibility :

  • Coordinate with Person In Charge for Production and Packing Planning at shop floor.

  • Control daily packing achievements 

  • Inventory control part, packaging and Finish Good material.

  • Coordinate with Operation member for PDCA cycle 

  • Improve productivity activities

  • Analyze & coordinate for "Abnormal issues" report from Customer.

  • Plan and coordinate for delivery operations

  • 4M & 5S Management

  • As Daily and Monthly report coordinator.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree

  • Must have at least 5 years experience in Production Control, Inventory Control, Logistic, or SCM.

  • Working experience in automotive industry related is an advantage.

  • Good knowledge in office application and ERP.

  • Good knowledge in 5S and 4M management.

  • Familiar with Lean Management

  • Has experience in planning, organizing and managing team.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skill and critical thinking.
