Client Relationship Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners through personalized communication.
- Act as the main point of contact between the property owners and the company.
- Understand property owners needs, objectives, and expectations.
- Collaborate with Revenue Manager to develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of services meets owners expectations.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with owners.
- Address and resolve owners issues or concerns promptly.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of problems.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of services to property owners.
- Provide regular updates to property owners on project status, property conditions, and milestones.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Provide feedback to the company based on market trends and property owners needs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to property owners management.
- Monitor and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from owners and use it to improve services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property owners interactions.
- Contribute to the development of overall company strategy based on
- property owners feedback and market insights.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fostering client relationships at least 1+ year, ideally in hospitality, service providers, or villa management.
- Strong understanding of customer service practices and managing client expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to engage with clients, provide updates, and respond to inquiries.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Skilled in resolving issues quickly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong networking skills to foster client loyalty and trust.
- Flexible and adaptable in managing changing client needs and shifting priorities.
- Detail-oriented in managing client accounts, ensuring timely follow-up on all needs.
- Experience with CRM tools and property management systems is an advantage.
