Clinic Operations & Interpreter Coordinator
CGBio is a leading healthcare company expanding its presence through a clinic in Bali, Indonesia. We are seeking a Clinic Operations & Interpreter Coordinator who can seamlessly bridge communication between Korean-speaking staff and Indonesian teams, while overseeing the clinics daily operations and customer service excellence.
Job SummaryThis position plays a dual role as a medical interpreter (Korean ↔ Indonesian/English) and operations coordinator. You will support medical professionals in real-time interpretation during consultations and treatment sessions, manage clinic workflows, coordinate team schedules, and ensure exceptional patient service delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site interpretation between Korean and Indonesian (English as needed) in clinical settings.
Facilitate smooth communication between patients and medical professionals.
Coordinate day-to-day operations of the clinic including schedule and staff alignment.
Collaborate with local staff to uphold service standards and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor and support the quality of customer service and patient satisfaction.
Assist in administrative tasks and ensure efficient operational procedures.
Must-Have:
Fluent in both Korean and Indonesian (verbal and written).
Minimum 2 years of work experience in clinics, hospitals, or the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly in high-pressure situations.
Willingness to be based in Bali.
Preferred:
Experience as a Coordinator or Floor Manager in a medical facility.
Background in customer service or patient experience management.
Familiarity with Korean clinical practices or work culture.
Proficiency in clinic CRM systems, scheduling tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
