CGBio is a leading healthcare company expanding its presence through a clinic in Bali, Indonesia. We are seeking a Clinic Operations & Interpreter Coordinator who can seamlessly bridge communication between Korean-speaking staff and Indonesian teams, while overseeing the clinics daily operations and customer service excellence.

Job Summary

This position plays a dual role as a medical interpreter (Korean ↔ Indonesian/English) and operations coordinator. You will support medical professionals in real-time interpretation during consultations and treatment sessions, manage clinic workflows, coordinate team schedules, and ensure exceptional patient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site interpretation between Korean and Indonesian (English as needed) in clinical settings.

  • Facilitate smooth communication between patients and medical professionals.

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of the clinic including schedule and staff alignment.

  • Collaborate with local staff to uphold service standards and resolve issues promptly.

  • Monitor and support the quality of customer service and patient satisfaction.

  • Assist in administrative tasks and ensure efficient operational procedures.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Fluent in both Korean and Indonesian (verbal and written).

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in clinics, hospitals, or the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.

  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly in high-pressure situations.

  • Willingness to be based in Bali.

Preferred:

  • Experience as a Coordinator or Floor Manager in a medical facility.

  • Background in customer service or patient experience management.

  • Familiarity with Korean clinical practices or work culture.

  • Proficiency in clinic CRM systems, scheduling tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
