Commercial Graduate Trainee (GT)

• Participate in structured training and cross-functional rotations to gain a broad understanding of commercial operations in the shipyard industry.

• Participate in client meetings and follow up on inquiries and feedback.

• Learn about key operational processes through job rotations within relevant departments.

• Engage in continuous learning and development, including mentorship and performance reviews.

• Support daily administrative and coordination tasks within the Commercial team.

• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of commercial records and correspondence.

• Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and customer segments to support the teams planning efforts.

• Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Engineering, Production, Finance) to ensure timely follow-up on general commercial matters.

• Bachelors degree in Naval Engineering, Naval System Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering,

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Note:

This for 2 Years training program includes job rotations across key Commercial functions.

Upon successful completion, candidates may be placed in a role in Commercial Department.
