Job Position : COOK

Company: Café & Restaurant (FnB Services)

Location: Canggu, Badung, Bali

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
• Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items.
• Monitor food quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, including proper sanitation of equipment and surfaces.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Culinary or any related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience as a Cook role is preferred.
• Proficient in various cooking techniques (e.g., grilling, frying, sautéing, etc).
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Strong knife skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Good communication skills.
