Sales Production

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Production Specialist to coordinate between sales and production teams, ensuring orders are processed smoothly and delivered on time. This role involves managing orders, tracking inventory, scheduling production, and improving processes to meet customer demands efficiently.

This individual will be expected to develop strong relationships, driving growth and new business development with customers in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales and production to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Track and manage customer orders from start to finish.
• Monitor inventory and work with suppliers to prevent shortages.
• Align production schedules with sales demand.
• Ensure products meet quality standards before delivery.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze sales trends to support better planning.

Requirements:

• Must speak fluent English and Bahasa
• High level Interpersonal, Communication & Negotiation skills
• At least 2 years prior work experience in Account Management or Sales. Having relevant experience in sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong customer relationships to convert opportunities to sales
