Corporate Accounting & Management Reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting from a reputable University (minimum GPA 3.25); CA/CPA or comparable certification is preferred.

  • Public Accounting Firm background with strong experience within public listed companies, a consolidated group for multiple subsidiaries, and the property and real estate industry are desirable.

  • Advanced knowledge of finance reporting processes and controls, accounting standards, and reporting requirements such as PSAK and IFRS.

  • Hands-on accounting and reporting experience including financial reporting and analysis to provide business information to management and the commercial team.

  • Review accounting policies and procedures constantly and identify areas for improvement.

  • Excellence in Accounting System and MS Office (especially MS Excel).

  • Able to liaise with auditors to prepare the audit report.

  • Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.

  • Able to take initiative and always identify overall best solutions.

  • Good attitude, hardworking, persistent, responsible, well-organized, highly detail-oriented, and a team player.

  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage the daily activities of accounting and financial transactions and ensure that all major company, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.

  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions.

  • Ensure that spending meets approved budgets and adheres to the objectives and restrictions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures in the Accounting Division.

  • Consolidate and develop subsidiary-level financial statements for stakeholders to assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process in a timely manner.

  • Develop and manage company Financial Reporting.

  • Develop and manage regular, annual, and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the companys needs, including the preparation of periodic budget forecasts.

  • Develop comparison reports for budget vs. actual and oversee any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.

  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory accounting (SAK and IFRS), external & internal audits, and tax compliance.

  • Assist in accounting system transformation.

  • Providing leadership, direction, and management to the accounting and management reporting team.

  • Develop, implement, and review all strategic SOPs and policies related to accounting and management reporting that work to minimize financial risk.

  • Identify, acquire, and implement systems and software to provide critical financial and operational information.

  • Work with other department heads to monitor each department and make recommendations for increasing budget efficiency.

  • Any other ad-hoc assignments.
