Work Location: Head Office, Jakarta

Reporting Line: This position reports directly to the Finance Head

Job Requirements

·       Bachelors degree in Economics or Finance

·       Having minimum 5 years of working experience as Finance Analyst, preferably from Finance Consulting Firms.

·       Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

·       Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)

·       Familiar with financial analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

·       High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail

Job Responsibilities

·       Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models

·       Analyze financial performance and key metrics to guide business strategy

·       Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders

·       Monitor variances between actual performance and budgets/forecasts

·       Provide financial insights to support operations, investments, and projects

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business goals

·       Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement

·       Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

·       Assess financial risks and propose mitigation strategies

·       Support the implementation of Occupational Health & Safety (SMK3) and Environmental Management (SML) systems
