Job Opening: Waiter/WaitressWe are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team and deliver exceptional service while following our standard operating procedures (SOP).

Qualifications:

• 23-35 years old.
• Neat appearance and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and a naturally warm attitude.
• Willingness to learn and strictly adhere to SOPs.
• Experience as a waitress is preferred but not mandatory.
• Able to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming dining experience.
• Accurately take orders while following restaurant SOPs to ensure smooth operations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with professionalism and care.
• Recommend additional menu items or premium options to enhance the guest experience (upselling).
• Suggest complementary food or drink pairings (cross-selling).
• Ensure tables and the restaurant area are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Address guest needs or inquiries in a friendly and attentive manner.
• Collaborate with the team to create a warm and pleasant atmosphere for guests.
