Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Must have Bravet A & B;.

• Must be proficient in English

• Minimum 6 years of work experience.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, finance and applicable tax regulations.

• Proficient in using “Accurate” accounting software.

• Analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to operate accounting and financial software, as well as advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Good communication skills to convey financial information to non-financial parties.

Job Description :

• Responsible for monthly accounting processing, review accounting vouchers and accounting statements, ensure that accounts are consistent, account certificates are consistent, account tables are consistent, and check the compliance of payment documents;

• Prepare various financial statements, consolidated statements, etc. in a timely manner and perform statement analysis;

• Ensure that financial statements prepared by joint ventures are in accordance with existing regulations.

• Ensure the calculation, payment and reporting of taxes (VAT, income tax, etc.) in compliance with the latest regulations.

• Manage the annual corporate tax return report.

• Mapping SPT Masa and Annual Tax returns with financial reports.

• Coordinate with external parties like tax authorities regarding the latest tax regulations.

• Coordinate with external parties such as tax authorities regarding the latest tax regulations.

• Ensure the availability of funds to finance operations.

• Checking all payments submitted by Finance (Approval in Bank).

• Coordinate with internal and external (suppliers) regarding payment schedules.

• Ensure the price for the purchase of goods submitted by the procurement team has obtained the best price.

• Ensure audit reports are on time
