Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Legal professional based in Badung Regency. The selected candidate will be responsible for addressing various legal issues, providing legal consulting, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Daily tasks will include drafting contracts, advising on corporate governance matters, and representing the company in legal proceedings.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law and dealing with Legal Issues

• Minimum 3 years of corporate law and/or property law experience

• Experience in providing Legal Consulting and advising on legal matters

• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation

• Strong Communication skills

• Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site setting

• Knowledge of Indonesian law and regulations

• Bachelors degree in Law and have a valid advocate license (PERADI)

• Fluent in English both oral and written is a must.
