Cost Control

Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for financial efficiency?We are currently looking for a Cost Control to join our dedicated team. This role is vital in maintaining effective cost management, ensuring budget compliance, and supporting the overall financial health of our operations.

As part of the Finance or Purchasing team, you will work closely with various departments to monitor inventory usage, analyze cost patterns, and ensure that all spending aligns with our internal controls and business goals.

What Youll Do:

• Monitor and track daily operational expenses across departments
• Conduct regular inventory checks and stock reconciliation (stock opname)
• Analyze cost variances and provide strategic insights to reduce unnecessary spending
• Review purchase requests and ensure alignment with approved budgets
• Develop and submit regular cost control reports to management
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting for food, beverage, supplies, and other operational items
• Collaborate with purchasing, kitchen, warehouse, and accounting departments to ensure accuracy and transparency in cost recording

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum of a Diploma/Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with POS or inventory systems
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure
• Honest, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
