Creative Content Specialist

Position: Creative Content Specialist (Graphic Design, Photography & Social Media)Location: Wood School Bali, GianyarType: Full-timeStart Date: 1 July 2025

About the Role:Wood School Bali is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and purpose-driven visual storyteller to help us document and share our unique educational journey. As our Creative Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, photographing daily school life, and managing social media platforms in a way that reflects the schools Neohumanist values and natural learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Photograph and document classroom activities, events, and school life regularly

2. Design promotional materials, posters, flyers, and digital assets for the schools needs

3. Manage and curate the schools Instagram and other social media accounts

4. Plan, capture, and edit photos and short videos for storytelling and campaigns

5. Create branded content aligned with the schools aesthetic and message

6. Collaborate with the Director and educators to communicate school values and programs

7. Maintain organized archives of visual media for documentation and publications

8. Occasionally assist in layout/design of newsletters, reports, and presentations

Qualifications:

1. Proven skills in photography (portfolio required)

2. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva)

3. Experience managing Instagram and/or social media content strategies

4. Strong aesthetic and visual storytelling ability

5. Good command of English (spoken and written)

6. Organized, punctual, and proactive in delivering creative ideas

7. Able to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Experience in education, NGO, or values-based organizations

• Familiarity with videography and basic editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro or CapCut)

• Bali-based with own transport

• Love for nature, children, and positive education
