Credit Policy Officer

Job Description :

• Prepare credit policies and procedures based on credit compliance and credit policy performance to support business growth which includes risk acceptance criteria, authorization limits, credit document requirements, credit approval process

• Collaborate with other functions to ensure all credit policies are correctly implemented in the system

• Facilitate the socialization of credit policies and procedures to related function

• Review all internal and external credit policies and procedures

• Perform credit policies & deviation performance analysis and prepare reports and recommendations to better mitigate risks

• Benchmark credit policies, processes, systems & tools in financial institutions and propose improvements

Qualification :

• Min. Education Bachelor Degree (Business/Economics is preferred)

• Min 1-2 years working experience in Credit Policies area in Financial Industry

• Have a good analytical thinking skill
