Customer Relation Officer / Frontliner

Job Requirements:

  • Min. D3 / S1 All Major

  • Experience in Customer Relations / Frontliner / Receptionist, preferably in Healthcare / Bank sector min 2 years (Having a certificate in customer service or customer relations can be a plus)

  • Experience in interacting with clients or customers directly

  • Experience in handling and resolving customers complaint or problem quickly and effectively

  • Has Extensive knowledge in Ms Office and CRM Tools

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English

  • Willing to work on public holiday with shifty working hours

  • Placement : Rata Clinic (Jakarta, Bali, Surabaya)

Job Descriptions:

  • Handling and Maintain end to end customer journey and customer experience

  • Greet patients in a friendly manner and ensure they feel appreciated

  • Respond to patient inquiries with clear and accurate information regarding clinic service, doctor schedules, medical procedures and costs

  • Ensure patients are satisfied with their service experience both in clinic/online and conduct surveys or ask for patient feedback to improve service quality
