HRGA Staff

Job Description:

  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.

  • Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documents are up-to-date and compliant.

  • Support HR administrative tasks such as leave management, attendance tracking, and employee benefits.

  • Assist in organizing training, employee engagement activities, and internal communication.

  • Manage office supplies, assets, and facility maintenance.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.

  • Handle company licenses, permits, and administrative documents.

  • Support in organizing company events, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.

  • Ensure office policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness are followed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and/or general affairs roles.

  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor law and HR administrative processes is an advantage.

  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Detail-oriented and proactive in solving administrative issues.
