BINAR Job Connect membuka kesempatan untuk menjadi Customer Service (CS) Manager, yang akan ditempatkan di perusahaan rekanan BINAR.
BINAR Job Connect adalah bagian dari BINAR Academy yang menyediakan lowongan bagi para pencari kerja (khususnya tech role), di luar lulusan BINAR Academy yang ingin mendapatkan kesempatan kerja yang lebih baik.
Terdapat 3 skema pekerjaan (menyesuaikan perusahaan rekanan BINAR), yakni: 1. Hybrid (sebagian besar di Jabodetabek area) 2. Remote (seluruh area di Indonesia) 3. Onsite (sebagian besar di Jabodetabek area)

- Minimum 8 years of experience in freight forwarding, with a strong focus on customer service and operations.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, coach, and motivate teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficient in freight forwarding systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian for effective cross-border communication.
- Skilled in negotiation with carriers and vendors to optimize service and profitability.
- Agile and solution-oriented, thrives in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
