Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Gain new customers

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (Schools, customers) 

  • Organizing events such as promotion event and competition event.

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to engage existing customers and attract new clients.

Requirements :

  • Age range : 27 to 33 years old

  • Minimum D3 in any discipline

  • Having experience in marketing or customer service is a must ( minimum experience : 5 years )

  • Good performance, good communication skill, fast learner

  • Passionate in marketing field and having persuasive skill

  • Able to work from Monday to Friday 13.00 - 19.45 and Saturday 09.00 - 13.30

  • Work location : Buduran Sidoarjo
