Job Description:
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Onboard new customers and guide them through the initial stages of product/service adoption.
- Identify and address customer pain points and challenges, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide training and support to customers, helping them maximize the value of our offerings.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to drive product/service improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
