Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage SIEM tools to detect, triage, and analyze security events in real time.

• Investigate suspicious activities and escalate incidents when necessary.

• Participate in the incident response process and handle security breaches efficiently.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and provide corrective action plans.

• Ensure security operations comply with frameworks such as: NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), ISO/IEC 27001, OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK

• Prepare structured daily and monthly reports, and detailed RCA reports for specific incidents.

• Provide recommendations for continuous security improvements and SLA compliance.

• Certification: CompTIA CySA+, CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), GCIH (GIAC Certified Incident Handler), CSA (Certified SOC Analyst), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), and CTIA (Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst).

• Provide on-site support and coordination as required at the companys office location.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a cybersecurity or SOC (Security Operations Center) role.

• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, etc.).

• Familiarity with EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) and SOAR platforms is a plus.

• Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and malware analysis.

• Ability to read and analyze logs from various sources (servers, endpoints, network devices).
