- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and plating of food items as directed by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure all food is stored properly and labeled according to food safety standards.
- Comply with all hygiene and safety regulations, including HACCP or other relevant protocols.
- Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Support other kitchen staff as needed, including dishwashing and cleaning tasks.
- Willing to learn and work hard.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attitude and teamwork.
