Daily Worker Cook

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and plating of food items as directed by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the kitchen.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
  • Ensure all food is stored properly and labeled according to food safety standards.
  • Comply with all hygiene and safety regulations, including HACCP or other relevant protocols.
  • Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  • Support other kitchen staff as needed, including dishwashing and cleaning tasks.
  • Willing to learn and work hard.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good attitude and teamwork.
