Responsibilities :

• Ensure the quality of food served .

• SOPs for all dishes are implemented with the aid of a Chef de Partie.

• Be responsible for stocks and control of wastage

• Ensuring that hygiene and safety standards are maintained.

• Be responsible for the ordering of all fresh produce and dry goods for kitchen use.

Requirement :

• Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

• Knowledge of best cooking practices

• Excellent communication skills
