Deputy Head of Strategic Planning and Performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication with holding and providing all holding needs in financial documents or planning

• Assisting the holding team in goodwill impairment test preparation

• Assisting the division in the strategic planning process, RBB, and corporate plan.

• Perform analysis of financial performance and strategies in specific areas as a basis for Management decision making to achieve financial (profitability) targets that have been set, including analysis for organic growth.

• Conduct studies and research on banking development (competitors) and various other specific banking research according to the needs of Bank JTrust Indonesia.

• Assisting the M&A process, from document preparation/ material for the candidate investor meeting, due diligence, and finalization stage.

Requirements:

• Education minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting or Finance.

• Experience of at minimum 10 (ten) years in Banking Finance, Corporate Strategy and Planning, with proven leadership experience.

• Understand the fields of Banking Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Planning well, thoroughly, decisively, have strong analysis capability, and broad knowledge.

• Mastering the knowledge of regulations for reporting purposes (PBI, SEBI, POJK, SEOJK, LPS Regulations and Bappepam)

• Skill and knowledge related to corporate valuation

• Mastering the knowledge of accounting regulations(PSAK and PAPI)

• Able to speak English actively and passively.
