DIGITAL ADS SPECIALIST
Position Objective:
This role is focused on increasing the companys Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) through strategic and performance-driven advertising across all online channels, including digital media (CPAS) and e-commerce platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing digital and e-commerce advertising campaigns.
Proven track record of increasing sales or GMV through paid online channels.
Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and e-commerce ad platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada).
Skilled in data analysis and familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketplace dashboards.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint or E-commerce Ads Strategic is a plus.
Experience in beauty (cosmetics & skincare), health, or moms & baby categories is a strong advantage.
Comfortable working with sales targets and aligning ad strategies to support revenue goals.
Experienced in maintaining and optimizing ads specifically on e-commerce platforms, especially Shopee and TikTok Shop.
Strong ability to present performance reports clearly, supported by accurate data and insights.
Confident in explaining campaign results and strategic decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Capable of compiling and presenting best practice reports to guide future campaigns and internal learning.j
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute advertising strategies to boost GMV through various online channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.).
Manage end-to-end digital ad campaigns including setup, daily optimization, and performance analysis.
Run and optimize e-commerce advertising campaigns (e.g., Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Lazada Sponsored Ads) to increase product visibility, drive traffic, and boost online sales.
Continuously analyze campaign data to improve CTR, CVR, and overall ROI.
Efficiently manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize performance and conversions.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to align ad strategy with promotional plans and creative direction.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, placements, and targeting strategies.
Prepare campaign performance reports and present actionable insights to the team.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital and e-commerce advertising.
