Digital Marketing Staff
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns including crafting messaging, copy-writing, audience targeting, selecting channels, etc.
- Manage marketing campaigns budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Monitor, analyze, and report effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to management or related stakeholders.
- Ensure that all campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI.
- Solid understanding of analytics and performance key metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and stakeholder preferences.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
- Proven experience 2-3 years in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Have experience in handling property business industries is a plus.
- Strong knowledge and ability of operating SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CPAS, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
