Digital Marketing Supervisor - BSD

Job Descriptions :

• Owning content strategy for our digital marketing channel

• Identifying current trend, content gaps and audience preference

• Ensuring content creation for different platforms and channel

• Monthly reporting on content performance and digital marketing channels

• Monthly performance report on paid ads via Meta Ads or other paid ads investment

• Guiding content production team to align with brands aspiration and goals

Job Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelors Degree preferably majoring in Art/Design/Creative multimedia

• Minimum 2 years experience in similar role

• Strong writing and communication skill - ability to develop writings to brief and reporting. Able to communicate idea in a structured and engaging way.

• Familiar with Content Management System - ability to develop content schedule and managing contents progress.

• Ability to identify data, trends, and develop data driven decisions

• Ability to manage simultaneous tasks at the same time

• Ability to work alone and engage with team from different backgrounds. Able to manage conflict and problem-solving mindset.

• Branding and customer understanding to ensure the deliverables are aligned with our target audience and target market.

• Willing to be placed in BSD.
