One of our Bali-based client, an eyewear brand and optician with four convenient locations in Canggu, Seminyak, Sanur, and Ubud, provides comprehensive optician services, including free eye exams, prescription glasses, repairs, and bespoke eyewear tailored to your needs.

Now, our client is looking for a powerhouse Director of Digital Marketing, a visionary leader with a strong background in fashion, whos ready to shape the future of our brand and drive our presence to the next level.

This is a key leadership position for an experienced marketer with deep roots in the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle space. Youll bring global insight, sharp strategic thinking, and the ability to build and lead an in-house marketing team from the ground up.

What Youll Be Driving:

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing internal marketing team.
• Design and execute impactful strategies across branding, digital, PR, retail, and partnerships.
• Bring clarity, structure, and bold energy to our marketing approach.
• Work closely with our founders and designers to bring creative vision to life.
• Be hands-on, decisive, and proactive from day one.

What You Bring:

• A strong background in fashion or luxury brands, with a proven track record in marketing for these industries.
• A senior marketing expert with experience in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
• A strategic thinker whos also creatively driven and results-oriented.
• Exceptionally fluent in English (written, verbal, and professional communication).
• Detail-obsessed, highly organized, and passionate about what you do.
• A team builder, motivator, and natural leader.
