We are currently seeking a Director of Business Administration to join our senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the Head of Campus, the Director will be integral in overseeing HR, Finance, IT, and Operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has extensive experience in business administration, including strategic planning, people management, financial oversight, IT infrastructure, and operational efficiency.

TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR

• Lead and manage business administration functions including HR, finance, IT, and operations.
• Provide strategic direction and ensure smooth implementation of organizational initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with the schools mission and goals.
• Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure effective management of financial resources, IT systems, and operational processes.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant qualifications in business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior business administration role with a strong focus on HR, finance, IT, and operations.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• A commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
